    The butler "Alby" did a great job and could read our wishes and needs from our eyes. He was always there for you and asked us about our wishes and needs every day! The food was first class and the cook cook cooked something special for us at our request.

    The transfer to the airport was associated with additional costs (40.- US dollars). In this premium price segment, the transfer should be included in the price.

    Amazing service and beautiful beach vibes!

    Had an awesome week at this place! The butlers here are total rockstars, shoutout to Armando for making my stay extra special. The beach was fine with plenty of shady spots. Food wise, the lunch was a highlight, lots of fresh options. Just wish the dinner menu had more variety for late-night snacks!

    The room had a lovely view, which I enjoyed every morning. It was spacious and clean, although the shower could have been updated for better pressure. The beach was beautiful and had plenty of tiki huts for shade. I appreciated the large pool area. During peak hours, it felt crowded. The staff, especially my butler Armando, offered fantastic service, ensuring I had everything I needed. I celebrated my birthday here, and they surprised me with some lovely treats. Food quality was a highlight for lunch, but dinner options were lacking, particularly for vegans like myself. It was a challenge to find suitable meals that didn't include meat or dairy, which caused some frustration. Sometimes the staff mixed orders up. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the resort, a bonus. My room's balcony got too hot in the afternoon, limiting its usability. Overall a well-kept resort with attentive staff, but a few improvements in dining options and room amenities would enhance the experience.

    Amazing trip with friends! The staff were super friendly, and the beach was beautiful. Enjoyed chilling at a calm beach and sipping cocktails while listening to music. The butlers were attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. Definitely check out the large pools and fabulous spa services. They were highlights of the trip for us!

    We faced some issues with the food, particularly the temperature. Dishes were often lukewarm, disappointing. Small things like this can affect the overall experience.

    The service was excellent. Especially from our butler were really nice! The beach was a perfect retreat with numerous shaded areas to relax, great to enjoy the fine views. We indulged in fantastic lunches, loved the huge pool, and were thrilled by the thoughtful surprise for my birthday!

    The room layout could be improved. We found limited storage options and the jacuzzi was not really usable in the heat of the day.
