Exceptionally well trained and extremely helpful staff, and amazing food!!!

Hospitality from the whole staff.

Convenient location - this place is just a quick walk away from the beach and only a short drive from the airport. We really liked our comfortable rooms with regular bathrooms, and the staff here were super knowledgable! 🌟

The butler "Alby" did a great job and could read our wishes and needs from our eyes. He was always there for you and asked us about our wishes and needs every day! The food was first class and the cook cook cooked something special for us at our request.

The transfer to the airport was associated with additional costs (40.- US dollars). In this premium price segment, the transfer should be included in the price.

The king suite I stayed in was luxurious with big bathroom. Even the Punta Cana airport was not so far, 28 minutes drive away.

This resort offers a convenient location, being close to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to several restaurants, like the Mediterranean one. They provide top-notch service, especially by the Star Prestige Club, with various perks like customized wine deliveries. the rooms are beautiful and include drink options, while the beaches have excellent service, with chairs frequently personalized according to guest requests.

our stay at the adults-only resort in punta cana was beyond expectations. the luxurious accommodations, friendly staff, and stunning grounds made it a perfect romantic getaway. iberostar truly impressed us with their top-notch service and attention to detail.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the extra attention to detail and the pampering service we received. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and modern rooms that exceeded our expectations. The food at the five excellent restaurants was gourmet all the way, and we couldn't get enough of the mouthwatering Beef Medallions we had at both the Italian and French restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, from the always-smiling wait staff to the helpful concierge services. The gorgeous golf course was an added bonus for us, as we enjoyed a few rounds during our stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Beautiful architecture and grounds. Friendly and accommodating staff at all levels. Upgraded to a swim-out suite. Daily activities and nightly entertainment available. Excellent butler service. Gourmet food and top-shelf drinks. Clean and safe with attentive staff. Transportation to the airport available. Spa and fitness center on-site.

The hotel facilities were well kept and spacious. We enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and complementary drinks throughout the stay. the hotel's location close to popular tourist attractions made it convenient for us to explore the city.

The staff were not always friendly and some were not very helpful. We also experienced some delays in receiving our room service orders.

a peaceful break in punta cana surpassed all expectations. iberostar made us feel special and welcome, with amazing staff and impeccable service. everything was beyond luxurious and the stunning property was a sight to behold. it was truly the best hotel/resort i've ever stayed at.

Reservation mishap caused stress and additional payment.

The level of service was outstanding. There seemed to be an army of employees always making sure everything was going well. The concierge services were great and very helpful. The facilities were beautiful and extremely well maintained. The beach had perfect sand and clear water at the perfect temperature. Very relaxing and quiet vibe. The pool area was very nice with many options for relaxing in the sun and/or shade. The staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely accommodating. The hotel offers a number of daily activities and nightly entertainment.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect, from the clear waters of the beach to the friendly staff. We loved the complementary cool towels upon our arrival and the delicious welcome cocktails. Our luxurious suite had a breathtaking view, and the location was perfect, close to everything. To top it off, the food was delicious, and the presentation was exquisite. The two complementary facts we loved were the hot tub and free Wi-Fi.

There was only one thing we disliked during our stay, and that was the weather. Unfortunately, we encountered some rain and high winds that made it challenging to enjoy the beach.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on the beach is perfect, and the staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are well-appointed with first class furnishings.
